the staff is excellent. The hotel is the best hotel in istanbul. The location is perfect, didnt use any taxi, everything is near. the roomservice and cleaning staff are very good. I love the hotel restaurent in the hotel. I am looking forward to stay there again' really enjoyed the stay.
